We believe that you will be delighted with your purchase from us, however, in the unlikely event that you may have to return some thing to us you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase within seven working days of receiving the delivery.
- We cannot accept cancellations for foodstuffs that have been opened unless it is faulty or defective, along with a written explanation. You will be offered a replacement, a credit note or refund.
- You have a duty of care to return the item in protective packaging.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
