El Salvador R.A Holding the ‘Rainforest Alliance’ certification. ‘Eco-friendly’, the coffee bushes are grown under the shade of tropical trees, leading to the sustainable use of the land. Papua New Guinea Grown only under the ‘Fairtrade’ licence and certified by the ‘Organic Soil Association’, this delicious Arabica bean is grown in the remote forest areas of Papua New Guinea. Shade grown in soil free from chemicals and pesticides. Italian This is the darkest, heaviest, highest roast cooked to the point just short of burning. Which leaves the bean shiny, oily and black in colour. This is a delicious blend of African Arabica beans that are particularly strong and intense in flavour and well suited to this roast level.
